These standards apply to all CampusHub users, profiles, posts, comments, direct messages, uploaded media, community interactions, and any other user-generated content or activity available through CampusHub.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
CampusHub prohibits users from creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting, facilitating, or distributing content or behaviour involving:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including visual, video, generated, altered, or other sexually explicit depictions involving minors.
- Grooming a child for sexual purposes or attempting to build trust with a child for exploitation.
- Sextortion, sexual coercion, or threats involving a minor.
- Sex trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of a child.
- Solicitation, exchange, sale, purchase, or distribution of sexual content involving minors.
- Sexualized conversation, requests, or behaviour directed toward a minor where it creates risk of abuse or exploitation.
- Any attempt to normalize, encourage, instruct, or facilitate abuse or exploitation of children.
3. Reports and user safety
CampusHub users may report safety concerns through the reporting or support mechanisms available within the platform. Reports involving suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are treated as high priority and reviewed as quickly as reasonably possible.
Users should not attempt to download, save, forward, or redistribute suspected CSAM in order to report it. A description, username, profile, conversation reference, post reference, or other identifying information is sufficient for a report.
4. Enforcement
When CampusHub becomes aware of content or behaviour that violates these standards, actions may include:
- Removing or restricting prohibited content.
- Suspending or permanently disabling accounts.
- Preserving relevant information when required for safety, investigation, or legal compliance.
- Restricting access to platform features.
- Reporting confirmed or suspected illegal child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authority where required by applicable law.
- Cooperating with lawful requests from competent law-enforcement or child-safety authorities.
5. CSAM response
CampusHub will take appropriate action after obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or child sexual exploitation activity on the service. This may include removal, account enforcement, evidence preservation where legally appropriate, and reporting to the relevant national or regional child-safety or law-enforcement authority as required by law.
6. Compliance with child-safety laws
CampusHub seeks to comply with applicable child-protection and child-safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which the service operates. Where legally required, CampusHub will report confirmed CSAM to the appropriate designated authority.
7. Safety by design
CampusHub may use a combination of measures to reduce abuse risks, including:
- Account controls and authenticated access.
- User reporting and moderation workflows.
- Removal and suspension procedures.
- Notification and audit records used for platform safety.
- Review of reported user-generated content and conversations when necessary to address a safety report or comply with law.
8. Immediate danger
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or law-enforcement authority directly. CampusHub's reporting process is not a substitute for emergency assistance.
9. Child Safety Point of Contact
Google Play, law-enforcement agencies, child-safety organizations, users, and other authorized parties may contact CampusHub regarding child-safety matters at:
